Billing and merchant of record

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for orders placed for QuizStage and processes payments for subscriptions. Customer support, refund questions, and product-related support are handled by QuizStage at [email protected]. Data related to an order and or product may be shared between QuizStage and Paddle to fulfill the service.

Data QuizStage processes

• Account data such as email address, login/session records, and account status.
• Quiz content such as shows, categories, questions, answers, player names, and live session state.
• Media uploads such as images, short video files, filenames, sizes, and related metadata.
• Billing linkage data such as Paddle customer IDs, subscription IDs, price IDs, and subscription status.
• Basic operational and security data needed to maintain service reliability and protect the platform from abuse.

Why we use this data

QuizStage uses data to operate the app, authenticate users, sync plan access, host live quiz experiences, store user-created content, and protect the service.
