Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription so it does not renew into the next billing period. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

Refund requests

If your initial subscription was started from an EU country, you may request a refund within 14 days of that initial subscription start date by emailing [email protected].

Renewals

The 14-day refund policy applies to the initial subscription start only. It does not apply to subscription renewals.
